THE
SUBCONSCIOUS
BRAIN

The conscious brain, where ration and logic live, accounts for about 10% of the brain. The subconscious brain accounts for the remaining 90% of our brains and determines our thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

By the time you're 7, your brain has set up a basic "program" based on your early experiences. This program helps you handle things that come your way, but it often does not align with what we really want in our lives.

Think of it like a phone app...

If the app isn't working how you want, you have to update or the developer has to fix bugs. For instance, if you learned to be cautious about being outgoing because of past bullying or shaming from your parents, you might avoid socializing even if you want to be more open. This can make changing tough because you're stuck in that old setting.

But the good news is, just like updating an app, you can change your brain's programming. If you want to shift your outlook and live differently, it's totally possible to rewrite those old rules in your mind.

REALITY
REDEFINED

Did you know our brains can’t always distinguish between reality and imagination?

That's why imagined stress can wreak havoc on our bodies. But on the flip side, if we harness that power of the brain through visualization, we open up a world of potential.

The more we visualize, the more we create new neural pathways, allowing for new thoughts, feelings, habits, and experiences. This practice doesn’t just imagine change - it actively constructs the brain architecture needed to realize it, deeply embedding these new patterns in our subconscious.
