It’s in Journeying that we can connect with our subconscious mind in a new way, unearthing the hidden and repressed parts of ourselves. They will allow you to understand your behavior, thoughts, feelings and body in a new way. Unresolved feelings, experiences, and traumas can get stuck in our body and manifest as pain/ dis-ease/disease. Journeys invite us to meet these unprocessed feelings and physical imbalances so they can be released. In allowing our feelings and wounds to surface, we can then begin to release what may be preventing us from making changes and moving forward.

Visualization
Through our Visualizations, we help you create new neural pathways. Our neural pathways inform our behavior, so when we struggle to make the changes we desire, we are being limited by our subconscious mind. In visualizing, we are creating the option for new behavior, experiences and opportunities. The more we visualize, the easier new behaviors Become.

Affirmations
Affirmations help shift your thought patterns to a more neutral or positive place. Negative thought patterns can create stuckness and problems in our lives, when we cultivate a more positive mental arena, the more empowered we are to create the life we want.
